Yes, but where possible we will assist to set up a bank feed so the information is received by us automatically. Alternatively, we accept either CSV, QIF or OFX statements from your bank account (QIF and OFX preferred). Typically we require this information on a monthly basis in order to provide the best value and quicker turnaround time.

We provide every client with a Receipt Bank account, which is a mobile app on your phone where you can take pictures of receipts and expenses and it will be automatically uploaded for us to review and post to Xero in real time. Receipt Bank will work out who the supplier is, date, amount etc. so you don’t have to, thus reducing any manual entry on your side. We will train on how to submit items to us,

Yes, every client has read only access to Xero which they can use to pull reports direct from Xero. On top of this we can create a management dashboard for yourself to pull through the figures you want to see using a suitable Xero add-on.

It is absolutely possible to include extra add-ons to Xero, and this can be set-up for you. We have a range of experience in providing cloud consultancy services to clients.

Absolutely, however this more regularly available service will command a higher charge.

No you don’t, we only advise on sales systems to find a solution that we think will work best for your business. If you have another system that you are comfortable with then we just require you to send through monthly copies of the sales invoices for us to upload to your bookkeeping software if it doesn’t automatically link in with Xero.

Xero is our preferred supplier, so other providers tend to take us longer to process records and therefore may incur an additional cost.
